Screen Printing in Detroit with Stunt 365’s Marco

Marco from Stunt 365 is a notable creative force within the skateboarding world. Known for his screen printing prowess, we’ve collaborated with him, interviewed him on our podcast, and regularly checked in on his work to keep the art of screen printing alive. In this feature, we visit Marco in Detroit to explore his expanded studio and learn about his process.

Marco has truly spread his wings in Detroit, expanding his studio to accommodate more equipment, supplies, and friends. He now prints for Stunt full-time, supplying skate shops globally and creating board graphics for major online retailers like CCS. We visited Detroit to tour his new print shop and gain insight into how an independent skate brand operates. Along the way, we explored Detroit’s urban landscape, skated a local DIY spot, and got a hands-on lesson in screen printing a t-shirt.

Marco’s commitment to screen printing is evident in his fully equipped Detroit studio. He is not only keeping the craft alive but also thriving as a full-time operation. The studio is filled with the tools of the trade, from screens and inks to a variety of presses. This expansion is a testament to the growth and demand for his unique designs and handcrafted products.
