The typical “Day In The Life” video often feels overly planned and staged. It’s as if the camera crew choreographs the skater’s morning, selects specific skate spots, and orchestrates chance encounters with friends, all before ending with a casual beer. We decided to ditch the script and take a completely different approach for our day with the talented Ariana Spencer, known for her appearance in “Evergreen“. We went in with no agenda, planning to simply hang out and follow Ariana’s lead, whatever she felt like doing – grabbing coffee, listening to music, or even just holding her groceries.

Our day with Ariana started with no concrete plan, a stark contrast to the usual meticulously planned skate videos. This approach allowed for a truly authentic experience, capturing the spontaneous and fun nature of hanging out with a skater in their natural environment. We met up and simply went with the flow, allowing Ariana to dictate the activities of the day.
One of our first stops was at the Baker Boys skate spot, where Ariana demonstrated her skills. This impromptu session showcased her talent and passion for skateboarding without any of the staged elements that often come with skate videos. It was refreshing to witness the raw energy of a skater simply enjoying their craft. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, highlighting the genuine interactions that can happen when you let the day unfold naturally.
Moving away from the skate park, we decided to try something different. We found ourselves at a bowling alley, where the fun continued. This change of pace showcased another side of Ariana’s personality, revealing her playful competitive spirit. The bowling alley provided a vibrant and relaxed backdrop for casual fun and conversation. It’s clear that hanging out with Ariana involves more than just skateboarding, and this variety made our day even more memorable.
To cap off the day, we visited an arcade, diving into some gaming action. The brightly colored lights and sounds of the arcade provided a dynamic and energetic end to our hang out. This spontaneous mix of skateboarding, bowling, and arcade games gave us a genuine glimpse into Ariana’s life, making it clear that she’s not just a talented skater, but also someone who appreciates a good time.
Our day with Ariana proved that the best experiences are often the unplanned ones. By ditching the script and embracing spontaneity, we captured a genuine and enjoyable look into the life of a talented skater. This “Hanging Out With” video stands in contrast to typical, over-produced content, highlighting the fun and authenticity of just going with the flow.
